One in every 8 couples experiences infertility, the inability to establish a pregnancy after an extended period of time, despite having regular sexual relations. The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at SUNY Stony Brook provides a full spectrum of diagnostic tests and treatments of female and male infertility, in association with the Andrology Lab and the

Richard Bronson, M.D. is
Professor in the Departments of Obstetrics & Gynecology
and Pathology and is Director of the Division of
Reproductive Endocrinology. He is internationally recognized for his expertise
in the fields of fertilization research and reproductive immunology. Dr. Bronson is on the editorial boards of the medical
journals Human Reproduction and the Journal of Reproductive Immunology. He is a
graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the New York
University School of Medicine. Dr. Bronson trained in Obstetrics/Gynecology at
the University of Pennsylvania and following a fellowship at the Pennsylvania
Hospital was board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology in 1980.
Michael Lydic, M.D., Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology, received his medical degree and residency training at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of
Cincinnati and was board certified in 2000. He was appointed to the faculty of the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, at which time he was Associate Director of The Center for Infertility and Reproductive Medicine in San Diego. He is a contributing author to the text, Principles and Practice of Endocrinology and Metabolism.
Darlene Campagnolo is a Clinical Assistant who has worked at University Hospital since 1992 and has
been with Dr. Bronson and his staff since 1996. She has attended Suffolk
Community College and the New Center College for Massage Therapy and is
phlebotomy certified.
Anita J. Fiorillo LPN, Anita received her LPN from BOCES. She has worked in the community for 20 years and has extensive experience in the field of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Maternal Fetal medicine. Anita has been a valuable member of the Department of OB/GYN and reproductive Medicine at Stony Brook since 1996.
