Before you begin to access the SBUH Physician Portal, please be sure the PC you are using meets each of the requirements below.

Your system must be running one of the below:

*If you are running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, please be advised that there is a compatibility issue that will require you to install an additional Microsoft Update in order to use the Web VPN application.  Click here for more information.  Visit http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5bLN%5d;884020 to download and Install this Update before proceeding.

Pop-Ups Blockers MUST be DISABLED when accessing SBUH Web Sites

Java

Your PC must be running SUN JVM 1.4.2_04 (or higher).  If you aren’t sure what you are running, it’s highly recommended you install the latest Sun JVM client.  To do this, click here.  Once saved to your machine, run the downloaded setup program and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Sun Java Client.  If prompted, restart your computer or Web Browser.
